- Applicant must be an international student
- Each applicant should have been once accepted into a diploma or advanced diploma program at St. Lawren College
- Applicant must be a citizen of one of the qualified countries: Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Kenya, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe
