Scholarship Eligibility:
Candidates must meet the University of Oregon Scholarship eligibility requirements.
- International students are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be eligible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. By 15 January, all new students must apply for admission to the UO for fall.
- Candidate citizens of the United States are not eligible for federal financial assistance, nor are they permanent residents of the United States.
- Financial need must be demonstrated by applicants.
- The minimum GPA requirement is 3.0.
- In order to participate in the ICSP, students must agree to complete 80 hours of cultural service each year.
- Strong academic records are required
- Strong communication skills are required
- Candidates should also have demonstrated performance and presentation skills

Scholarship Benefits:
ICSP students who are selected for the program will receive a one-term non-resident tuition-free scholarship. Scholarship amounts will remain the same each term.
