The university of Oregon, USA scholarship opportunities are now open for interested applicants who want to pursue their Undergraduate , Masters , Doctorate and Post Doctorate Degree.

International students with financial need and remarkable merit may apply to the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). The ICSP scholarship has a cultural service requirement that requires applicants to offer talks about their towns and nations to young people as well as UO students, faculty, and staff.

Scholarship Eligibility:

Candidates must meet the University of Oregon Scholarship eligibility requirements.

  • International students are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be eligible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. By 15 January, all new students must apply for admission to the UO for fall. 
  • Candidate citizens of the United States are not eligible for federal financial assistance, nor are they permanent residents of the United States.
  • Financial need must be demonstrated by applicants.
  • The minimum GPA requirement is 3.0.
  • In order to participate in the ICSP, students must agree to complete 80 hours of cultural service each year.
  • Strong academic records are required
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Candidates should also have demonstrated performance and presentation skills

Scholarship Application Guidelines :

  • Interested candidates must first apply for admission to the University of Oregon before applying for UO scholarships.
  • The second step is to watch your email for an invitation to the University of Oregon Scholarship Dashboard. After you submit your application for admission, you will hear within a week.
  • STEP 3: Applicants must log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarship Application and ICSP Scholarship Application. Prior to this step, you must apply for admission

Scholarship Benefits:

ICSP students who are selected for the program will receive a one-term non-resident tuition-free scholarship. Scholarship amounts will remain the same each term.
